ANALYSIS IN PRO-ENGINEER

CANTILEVER

      Generally analysis in Pro-E is also called as Mechanica.Today i will explain how we gonna do analysis in pro-e without using structural analysis softwares like Hypermesh and ansys. It is very easy to do in Pro-e rather than ansys but the results obtained here are not accurate.
      
      Today i will explain on a beam of rectangular cross section of 50*30 as area and length as 250mm.It is very easy procedure.


The above is the beam i modelled on Pro-E Creo 3.0.In this after creating model in Pro-E we have to go to applications from where we choose Analysis.For better understanding i will explain by points
  1. Go to Applications
  2. Go to Simulate
  3. Choose material for model
  4. Create material assignment in down tab
  5. After that go to Displacement and select one surface so that we create a constarints
  6. The above diagram shows the constaints
  7. After that apply loads on surface
  8. After that go to Analysis studies and create a new static model.
  9. After creating press option Run
  10. And at last we have to select the type of result we needed.
